Communication with Nardoo was mega from the very first second! Rarely have you had such a communicative host/landlord. Really great.
I was able to pick up the key flexibly opposite the 7eleven and also return it there. Very easy.
The apartment is on the 44th floor - incredible view to the north towards Surfers Paradise. Great.
We were there for New Year's Eve and right outside our balcony there was a fireworks display on the roof of the casino. So great....just great.
There are many parking spaces available. Unfortunately, now very expensive, but here Nardoo was also very flexible and reimbursed us for parts of the parking fees afterwards - maybe there will be a new regulation on this in the future, as the casino only had the rules and costs again before our visit.
You can easily reach everything from the Casion on foot.
Really tip top. There was also detergent and dish soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. Even a bottle of wine as a welcome.

Pretty good apartment. Very close to the beach. I think it's a little bigger than the pictures and the service is good. Overall, I think it's more comfortable than staying in a surfer's paradise. A little more recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay at this gem in Broadbeach. Excellent location with stunning views and close to everything Broadbeach has to offer. Nardooo was super helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We were attending at Conference at the Casino, but wanted to stay in a "nice place" and this certainly ticked all the boxes. Ideally located between the ocean and the conference centre. The room was clean and all amenities most appreciated. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the ideal location and the host was always "checking in" to ensure we arrived ok and had everything we needed.

Centrally located within a quick walk to shops restaurants beaches and casino. Vews from the apartment were spectacular, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Nice place with good views. Very convenient location close to lots of eateries. Apartment very clean and new.
Only issue would be no resident parking as parking underneath the building is charged like a normal car park. We have to park off-site at the Exhibition & Convention center which charge a flat rate by entry and is 7 min walk back to the apartment,
However very clear instructions have been given by Nardooo.

Beautiful place and very high up with a great view. 15 mins to walk to the beach and tram stop just outside the lobby of the hotel to get to surfers. would stay again.
